Project: Greenwich & Bexley Cottage Hospice

Bolt and Heeks were appointed to extend and refurbish the hospice to provide a new day centre for visitors and improve the general working facilities.

The project involved high-standard refurbishment works to the existing three floors and main reception building, Amtico flooring, new air conditioning and electrical services throughout. We also constructed two new extensions: one to provide a new day centre for visitors and a second to create a sun lounge for patients.

The project was carried out whilst the hospice was fully operational and close liaison was required with the Client.
