Project: Gorsefield Rural Studies Centre

Gorsefield Rural Studies Centre is a residential facility for inner city children. The project involved the conversion and refurbishment of the existing building to provide fully accessible disabled accommodation by converting a cloak and freezer room into 2№ new bedrooms with ensuite bathroom facilities.

The internal alteration works included the removal of some load-bearing walls, the ground floor was lowered and a new damp proof course installed.

The Centre was fully operational throughout the works.
