Project: Gale Street & Naseby Road
GALE STREET: Bolt & Heeks were engaged to carry out the strip-out reconfiguration and refurbishment of 2№ two-storey houses together the construction of single and double storey pitched roof extensions.
NASEBY ROAD: We carried out alterations to a former doctor’s surgery, which had lain derelict and unoccupied for ten years, involving major structural alterations including the complete demolition of the rear wall, with roof in-situ, to form two new three bedroom properties.
All the properties were designed to provide disabled access and meet the Lifetime Homes Standards
