Project: Burnside Road & Leyswood Drive

Bolt & Heeks were engaged to carry out loft conversions to two individual properties to provide two additional bedrooms; in one house, we added a shower/WC room whilst in the other we added a bathroom so that both loft spaces had their own toilet facilities.

We also renewed both kitchens and installed new boilers to extend the heating to the loft. Furthermore, we had to reinforce/renew and fire-proof the first floor ceilings. Externally, we provided new close border fencing and carried out drainage works.

Both properties were in full occupation throughout the works.
