Frameworks
2011 has been a good year for Bolt & Heeks with our appointment to three new framework agreements, namely:
The Royal Parks Better Buildings Contractors Framework
Goldsmiths University Framework
Hertfordshire County Council Framework
The Royal Parks Framework covers over 280 Listed buildings and monuments in Bushy Park, Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Richmond Park, St James’s Park, Green Park and Regent’s Park.
The Goldsmiths University Framework also concerns mainly Listed buildings with estimated project values of £20k to £1.2m. We are currently carrying out XRDs to their Richard Hoggart Building and have already been awarded a second, smaller job – hopefully, this is the start of a long and fruitful association.
The Hertfordshire Framework covers small works for both the County Council and town councils.
The Royal Parks and Goldsmiths Frameworks are testament to our experience of heritage restoration works and bode well for the future. The Hertfordshire Framework recognises our adaptable, proactive approach to small works and should keep our Special Works team busy for some time to come.
